CAMBODIA - APRIL 19, 2005: Garment workers leave work on Veng Sreng Street in Phnom Penh. The World Trade Organization recently abolished textile quotas and, as a result, some of the world's smallest and least developed countries like Cambodia will see their textile industries pushed out to the periphery.
